1. Satisfaction Guarantee
CryptoArb Master offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our products. If you're not completely satisfied with the quality, content, or value of any item or service you've purchased, we will provide a refund or credit at our discretion.
This guarantee applies to both one-time purchases and subscription services, subject to the specific terms outlined in this policy.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:
- Quality Issues: Services that do not meet the described quality standards or specifications
- Technical Problems: Persistent technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using the purchased product or service
- Billing Errors: Incorrect charges or duplicate billing for the same product or service
- Dissatisfaction: General dissatisfaction with a product or service, within the applicable refund timeframe
3. Refund Request Timeframe
To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us of your request within:
- 14 days of purchase for one-time purchases (training programs, consultation services, etc.)
- 14 days of the initial purchase or the last renewal date for subscription services (Arbitrage Scanner, API Access, etc.)
- 48 hours of discovery for billing errors or technical issues that prevent access
Refund requests submitted after these timeframes may be considered on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.
4. How to Request a Refund

- Provide Order Details: Include your order number, the product or service purchased, and the date of purchase.
- Explain Your Reason: Clearly state the reason for your refund request.

- Resolution: We will process your refund or offer an appropriate solution within 3-5 business days of receiving your complete request.
5. Specific Refund Terms by Product Type
5.1 Training Programs and Courses
Our training programs and courses are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have completed no more than 30% of the course content. If you have completed more than 30% of the course, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.
To request a refund for a training program, you must provide specific feedback on why the program did not meet your expectations.
5.2 Subscription Services
For subscription-based services such as the Arbitrage Scanner or API Access:
- If cancelled within the first 14 days of the initial subscription, you are eligible for a full refund.
- For recurring subscriptions, if you cancel within 14 days of a renewal charge, you are eligible for a prorated refund for the unused portion of that billing cycle.
- No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused portions of a subscription period after the refund timeframe has passed.
5.3 Consultation Services
For one-on-one consultation services:
- If you cancel more than 48 hours before a scheduled consultation, you are eligible for a full refund.
- If you cancel less than 48 hours before a scheduled consultation, you may be charged a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
- If you are dissatisfied with a completed consultation, you must request a refund within 14 days of the service delivery and provide specific feedback on why the service did not meet your expectations.
5.4 Digital Products and Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products (e.g., PDF guides, templates, calculators), all sales are final once the product has been downloaded or accessed. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing the product, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. If this is not possible, we will work with you to find an alternative refund method.
6.2 Processing Times
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days. However, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider:

- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Bank Transfers: 5-7 business days
- Cryptocurrency: 1-3 business days (subject to network conditions)
7. Non-Refundable Items and Services
The following items and services are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Customized or personalized services specifically tailored to your needs
- Products or services clearly marked as "non-refundable" at the time of purchase
- Services that have been fully delivered and completed to specification
- Digital products that have been downloaded, accessed, or used

For technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using our services, we will first attempt to resolve the issue before processing a refund.
